Fanalysis accessibility statement
Last updated Monday 19th January 2026
Fanalysis Limited (“Fanalysis,” “we",” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making the Fanalysis app accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We work to provide an inclusive experience and continuously look for ways to improve accessibility.
Our Commitment
We have designed and developed the Fanalysis app with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide a framework for making digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
In the United States, we aim to align our practices with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, where relevant to user-generated video and photographic content, the principles of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA).
In the European Union, we aim to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 for ICT accessibility.
Accessibility Features
The Fanalysis app includes accessibility features such as:
Compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies
Sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
Keyboard and alternative input method navigation
Descriptive labels for interactive elements and images
Clear and consistent navigation
User-Generated Content
The Fanalysis app allows users to upload and share video and photographic content. While we provide tools and guidance to encourage accessible content creation, we cannot guarantee that all user-generated content will meet accessibility standards. We encourage users to add captions, alternative text, and descriptions to their uploads where possible.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Fanalysis app. If you experience any accessibility issues or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at: hello@fanalysis.com
We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within five (5) business days and will work to address any issues promptly.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review and update the Fanalysis app to improve accessibility and maintain alignment with applicable standards and guidelines. We are committed to providing an accessible experience for all users.
