What is Fanalysis?

Fanalysis is an app designed to put fan opinion at the heart of football. Become a Fanalyst to rate and review your players, manager and matches. Your ratings and reviews won’t just sit in the app - they’ll shape the official fan verdict seen on TV.

How do I create an account?

Apply for early access to Fanalysis using the Application Form. If you are selected to become a Fanalyst, you will receive a notification with instructions to download the app. Create an account with your phone number and email, and follow the setup steps.

Is Fanalysis free to use?

Yes - You can use all the core features for free.

Can I use Fanalysis on multiple devices?

Absolutely. Just log in with the same credentials on any device, and your data will sync automatically.

Account & Privacy

Can I change my club?

You can switch to Fanalyse for another team by going to Settings > My Account & Settings > Change Club

Can I delete my account?

Yes, but we’d be sad to see you go! You can permanently delete your account under Settings > My Account & Settings > My Account Details

How do I adjust my marketing/push notifications settings?

Customise your notifications by going to Settings > My Account & Settings > Preferences or Push Notifications to get alerts that matter to you.

Posting & Content

How do I create a post?

Go to the Feed > Compose to create a post for your club. Fanalysts can only post and comment for their club.

Can I edit or delete a post after publishing?

Why was my post removed?

We follow community guidelines to ensure a safe space for everyone. If your post was removed, check our Community Guidelines to see what’s allowed.

How do I report a post?

On a post or comment, tap the 3 dots on the left hand side. Tap Report to flag a post or comment to our moderators who will then review and act in accordance to our Community Guidelines

What happens after I report a post?

Our moderation team will review all reported content and act in accordance to our Community Guidelines

Can I mute or block someone?

If you feel a post or comment violates our community guidelines, please first report a post by following the steps above. If you need further help, please contact our support team via our contact form

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Try resetting your password or clearing the app cache. If the issue persists, contact our support team via our contact form

The app is crashing or slow. How can I fix it?

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Restart your device, and check your internet connection. If you’re still having problems contact our support team via our contact form
