What is Fanalysis?
Fanalysis is an app designed to put fan opinion at the heart of football. Become a Fanalyst to rate and review your players, manager and matches. Your ratings and reviews won’t just sit in the app - they’ll shape the official fan verdict seen on TV.
How do I create an account?
Download Fanalysis from the Apple App Store or Google Play
Once you’ve opened the app, tap Create Fanalysis Account and enter your phone number and email address. Follow the setup steps and you’ll be ready to get started. Fanalysis is currently supported for users based in the UK and Ireland.
Which competitions does Fanalysis cover?
At launch, Fanalysis focuses on the Premier League. Each club has its own dedicated Fanalysts, giving fans a proper space to rate players, share match reviews, and have their say. We’ll expand into other competitions in the future. For now, it’s all about Premier League football.
Is Fanalysis free to use?
Yes - you can use all the core features for free. Just download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and create an account to get started.
Can I use Fanalysis on multiple devices?
Absolutely. Just log in with the same credentials on any device, and your data will sync automatically.

Fanalysing & Content
When can I submit my Fanalysis?
The Fanalyse Now button appears in the app at full time for each game. Tap to leave ratings and reviews for players, the manager, and the match.
How long do I have to submit my Fanalysis?
The Fanalysis window is open for 24 hours after full time. After that, it’s no longer possible to submit ratings or reviews.
Can I submit Fanalysis for any team?
No, you can only submit a Fanalysis for your own team.
How do I create a post?
Go to Feed > Compose to create a post for your club. Fanalysts can only post and comment for their club.
Can I edit or delete a post after publishing?

How do I report copyright infringement?
If you believe content on Fanalysis infringes your copyright, please submit a notice through our Copyright & DMCA page . Please include all required information so we can review and respond promptly.

On a post or comment, tap the 3 dots on the left hand side. Tap Report to flag a post or comment to our moderators who will then review and act in accordance to our Code of Conduct

Can I mute or block someone?
If you feel a post or comment violates our community guidelines, please first report a post by following the steps above. If you need further help, please contact our support team via our contact form
Account & Privacy
Can I delete my account?
Yes, but we’d be sad to see you go! You can permanently delete your account by contacting our support team via our contact form
How do I adjust my marketing/push notifications settings?
Customise your notifications by going to Settings > My Account & Settings > Preferences or Push Notifications to get alerts that matter to you.
Troubleshooting & Support
I can’t log in. What should I do?
Try resetting your password or clearing the app cache. If the issue persists, contact our support team via our contact form
I haven’t received the verification code. What should I do?
First, double-check the phone number you entered is correct.
If you’re based in the US, you may have previously replied with “STOP” to one of our messages. This blocks all future verification codes. To fix this, text “START” to the same number and try again.
Some mobile networks automatically block short codes or unknown numbers, and certain phones have built-in spam or message filtering. Check your network settings and spam folder to ensure that verification messages are not blocked.
If you’re still not receiving a code, please contact our support team using our contact form, and we’ll assist you further.
The app is crashing or slow. How can I fix it?
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Restart your device, and check your internet connection. If you’re still having problems contact our support team via our contact form
