These are the complete terms for the Competition. Use of the App is also subject to the Fanalysis Terms of Use at www.fanalysis.com/terms, but these Competition Terms prevail if there is any inconsistency.

1. Promoter and Competition

1.1. The Competition is the ‘Fanalysis Gameweek Grand’, promoted by Fanalysis Limited (company number 09072105) and run from time to time within the App in connection with Premier League Gameweeks (“Gameweeks”) only.

2. Free Entry

2.1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Nothing you may pay for in the App affects your entry into, or scoring within, the Competition.

3.Eligibility

3.1.You are eligible to enter the Competition if:

(a)

you are a UK resident aged 16 or over and hold a valid App account; and

(b)

you are not an employee, director, officer or shareholder of Fanalysis Limited, nor are directly involved in administering the Competition.

4. How to Enter

4.1.

If eligible as in 3. above, you can enter the Competition if you use the Premier League Ratings Game. When you tap "Play gameweek" in the App, you will be shown the Gameweek Grand and can enter by selecting "Yes, I am in". You only need to do this once. Once entered, you remain in the Competition for each Gameweek in which Fanalysis runs it, for as long as you remain eligible.

4.2.

To take part in a Gameweek you must save a Ratings Game team in the App before that Gameweek's entry deadline. The deadline is 90 minutes before the first match of the Gameweek. If you do not save a team for a Gameweek, you are not entered into that Gameweek but remain in the Competition for future Gameweeks.

4.3.

You can leave the Competition at any time from the confirmation shown after you save your team. Leaving takes effect for any Gameweek whose deadline has not yet passed and removes you from future Gameweeks. You can enter again at any time while you remain eligible.

5. Prize

5.1.

One fixed cash prize pot of £1,000 in total is available for each Gameweek*. If you tie with one or more other eligible entrants for the highest score, they will share that single £1,000 prize pot equally. It is not £1,000 per winner. If the prize is shared and an equal division does not produce a whole number of pence, Fanalysis will round each winner’s share up to the nearest penny.

* Fanalysis may therefore pay slightly more than £1,000 in total.

6. How the Winner is Determined

6.1.

You will win if you are the eligible entrant with the highest ratings score for the Gameweek under the published scoring rules. There is no draw or element of chance.

6.2.

You may win more than one Gameweek. You may receive only one prize in respect of any one Gameweek.

7. Winner Notification

7.1.

We will use the contact details linked to your App account to tell you if you have won. This will include in-app notifications, email and phone number (and via push notifications, if you are already signed up in the App to receive those). If you win, you must respond within [7] days and provide the information reasonably required to verify your eligibility and arrange payment. If you do not respond, do not pass verification or cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, Fanalysis may award the prize to the next eligible entrant or decide not to award it.

8. Winner Announcement

8.1.

If you win, we may announce your in-app profile name, avatar and winning score in our weekly in-app winner announcement and list you in our Gameweek Grand Winners. You may ask us not to publish this information externally. If you are under 18, we will not publish your real name, photograph, likeness or other information that identifies you unless your parent or guardian separately agrees.

8.2.

To demonstrate that a valid award took place, if you win, we may make available your surname and region and, where relevant, your winning entry or score. You may object to this or ask us to reduce the information made available. If you do, we may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

9. Winner Verification and Payment

9.1.

We will contact each winner using the contact details linked to their App account. To claim their share of the prize, each winner must respond within 7 days and provide the information we reasonably require to verify their age, eligibility and entitlement to the prize.

9.2.

We will pay each winner’s share by UK bank transfer to an account in the winner’s name, or by another method reasonably agreed with them, normally within 30 days after the relevant Gameweek closes (which is when all Premier League matches in the relevant week are completed and winners have been identified, usually 24 hours after the end of the last match). If a winner does not respond, is ineligible or cannot be verified, we may offer that winner’s share to the next eligible entrant in the ranking. Any replacement prize will be paid as soon as reasonably practicable after successful verification. If no eligible entrant can be verified, the prize may not be awarded.

10. Legal

10.1.

We may refuse your entry to, disqualify you or exclude you where we reasonably consider this necessary to protect the fair and proper operation of the Competition, including in cases of suspected fraud, cheating, multiple accounts or misuse of the App.

10.2.

Fanalysis may update these Competition Terms for future Gameweeks before the relevant entry deadline. The current version for any Gameweek will be available within the App. Any update will not affect a prize already validly won or change the rules of a Gameweek after its entry deadline.

10.4.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
